Once the payment for your goods has been cleared we will then dispatch your goods for delivery.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt.
If the goods happen to be out of stock we will advise you through email and issue a refund right-away.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Chicos & Chicas Shoes will refund, exchange or credit your purchase within 14 days of date shown on invoice.
In order for goods to be refunded, exchanged or credited:
- Shoes must be unworn and only fitted when on a clean surface
- Shoes must be in their original condition
- Shoes must be returned in their original box
All returns, exchanges and credits must be accompanied with the original receipt or packing slip.
You can return your purchases in person to our store in Nenagh (59 Kenyon St, Nenagh, Co Tipperary)
Or by post to Chicos & Chicas Shoes, 59 Kenyon St, Nenagh, Co Tipperary. Refunds will be processed within 1-5 working days of receiving the goods using the original method of payment at the time of purchase.
We will only refund the price of the goods and not the postage charged at the time of purchase.
When returning goods by post, we would recommend that you use recorded delivery as you can track its whereabouts. We do not pay the postage cost of returns.
Chicos & Chicas Shoes are not responsible for goods returned that are lost in transit/post or missing.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Note: We are an online & bricks and mortar business, whilst we endeavour to send out box fresh shoes where possible, some shoes may have been on display or tried on in store.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for another size or style, please send an email to email@example.com, letting us know what item(s) you require so that we can check availability and if available place them on hold for you. All items will be held for 7 days. If your returned parcel and receipt has not been received by then, the item(s) will no longer be reserved for you.
Alternatively, you can exchange in our store in 59 Kenyon St, Nenagh, Co Tipperary.
